About Coach

I started CrossFit 15+ years ago. First class, I was hooked for life. I competed in team regionals in Washington state. I used CrossFit to train for many events like tough mudders, marathons and preparing for fire academy. It has been my lifeline and something I could always rely on. I have always been a coach, I didn’t know it till I was an adult but I love encouraging people and helping them be their best selves. My jobs have always been to serve others I even became a firefighter/EMT but I realized I wanted to help others before needing emergency help. I love working with adaptive athletes (kids or adults), and all ages of athletes trying to better themselves. The CrossFit community is a place where preventative medicine, ohana, and community come together to not just help ourselves but to help each other. I look forward to working with every athlete that walks through our doors!!!!

Turning Point

I have had many setbacks in my life with my Dad having a brain aneurysm when I was 15, involvement in a fatality accident, divorce, single parenting, caring for my parents, and losing my dream job. Each trial was hard to overcome resulting in stress, unhealthy eating, weight gain, and mental health but my tribe of family and friends have been a huge support and I couldn’t be more thankful for all of them. Each trial resulted in a lesson that made me stronger!

Motivation & Passion

I want to help all our athletes become the best version of themselves to live an active and full life!
